Dr. (Mrs.) Ujjwala Hemant Mandekar (Aher) is an accomplished educator and researcher with a distinguished career spanning over 23 years in the field of education. She currently serves as a Lecturer at Government Polytechnic, where she has made significant contributions to the development of students in various disciplines. She earned her Ph.D. from Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, showcasing her commitment to advancing knowledge in her field.
