Prof. Anuradha Amar Bakare currently serves as the Program Head at the School of Polytechnic, MITWPU, Pune. In addition to her academic roles, she has 1.5 years of managerial-level industry experience as a Quality Control Engineer at J M Engineering Pvt. Ltd. in Nashik.Prof. Avhad holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing & Automation Engineering from the University of Pune, securing First Class Distinction. She has also completed a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Pune and is currently pursuing her Ph.D.
